El Manantial is an excellent restaurant that combines a family atmosphere with a charming location in the middle of La Marquesa. The highlight is its path and view of a natural spring, making it a truly special place to enjoy an al fresco meal. The menu is varied and suitable for the whole family, including options for the little ones. Eating in the garden is a super pleasant experience, although it is important to keep in mind that during the cold, it can be quite freezing. However, the interior of the restaurant features a cozy canteen and a fireplace that offers a warm and comforting atmosphere. Some dishes are a must and 100% recommended, such as the pressed pork rind quesadilla, the chamorro in mixiote sauce, or the deviled rabbit, the latter with a considerable level of spiciness that will delight lovers of intense flavors. The service is good, with staff always attentive and aware of the customers' needs. In addition, the restaurant has a garden that includes a children's area and spaces for events, making it an ideal option to spend a day with the family or celebrate a special occasion.

Excellent place to chill out with family or friends, there are several areas in which you can play football with kids, etc. Also there is a playground for them.

It is a highly recommended place, very pleasant. You can catch your trout and have a pleasant time fishing, they rent the rod for 40 per hour. With your trout you go to the restaurant to warm up and choose how you want it, there are a thousand ways, a coffee or chocolate and order a soup and they put a sauce and cottage cheese in the center (it's very delicious) and some tortilla chips. The space is nice quiet music. It has a comfortable play area, where you can sit and watch them. Also if you carry a ball you can play soccer. Very attentive, prices in marquise price (soups 80's, quesadillas 30, trout 220kilo...) friendly, if it's your birthday and you bring your INE they give you a cake with a candle. Wear a sweater regularly, it's cold
